As the end of April approaches, Conbit and its longstanding partner CR3 are gearing up to participate in the prestigious PTTEP SSHE Forum in Thailand. With over a quarter-century of collaboration, Conbit and CR3 have delivered remarkable lifting solutions for PTTEP's offshore assets, showcasing their expertise and commitment to safety and efficiency.
In a recent feat of engineering prowess, Conbit and CR3 collaborated to replace four flare tips across three distinct flare towers at PTTEP's Greater Bongkot North facility during a single shutdown period. With a combined crew of nearly 30 experts on board, innovative temporary lifting systems and existing davits were employed for the seamless execution of this challenging project.
The flawless execution of this project prompted the invitation for Conbit and CR3 to attend the SSHE forum.
The PTTEP SSHE forum aims to foster collaboration on Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) initiatives among PTTEP Myanmar Asset Operations, MOGE Myanmar Oil and Gas Enterprise, Contractors, and stakeholders.

At the forum, Conbit will showcase the innovative power ascender, a versatile tool for rope access capable of lifting individuals on standard ropes and loads up to 200 kgs. Attendees will have hands-on experience with this cutting-edge equipment.
Conbit will showcase a scale model demonstrating the safe and effective replacement of flare tips using temporary lifting systems, highlighting over 25 accident-free years of replacing PTTEP's flare tips.
For over 25 years, CR3 and Conbit have forged a strong partnership, specializing in flare-related projects, with a primary focus on serving PTTEP. Their collaboration emphasizes safety excellence and reliability.
Among the representatives of Conbit at the SSHE forum will be Mr. Jeroen Migchels, who began his career replacing flare tips at the Greater Bongkort North facility. Now, as a construction manager, he remains dedicated to safety and efficiency in flare tip replacements at PTTEP's offshore facilities.
Jeroen will be accompanied by Jeremie Rotier.
