Your submitted information

For what purposes will we use your data:

When you register to receive our newsletter, you will be added to our mailing list. If you want to unsubscribe, you can respond to the newsletter, indicating you would like to unsubscribe.

When you download documents from this website, your information will be shared with Conbit's sales team and you will be added to the mailing list. Your information will be stored in our CRM system, and on our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list by replying to newsletter, indicating you would like to unsubscribe.

If you apply to a vacancy, your cv and personal details will be shared with the HR responsible person. Storage of your information will be limited to the time of the application process. After the vacancy has been fulfilled, your submitted information will be deleted from Conbit's servers.

Where will your information be stored:

- In Conbit's CRM system.

- On Conbit's mailing list.

- On Conbit's servers (in case of job application processes only).

You can request to delete your records from any of the above systems by sending an email to info@conbit.nl. You do not need to indicate the reason for deleting your records. After the records have been deleted, you will receive a confirmation by email.
