Flare Tip Access Platform Revamp

Conbit specializes in utilizing temporary lifting systems to efficiently replace components, including flare tips, that are located beyond the range of deck cranes. Our clients often encounter challenges when it comes to introducing loads into secondary steel structures. To address this, Conbit designs lifting systems that seamlessly integrate the loads into the main structure, specifically in the case of flare towers.

One of our recent clients presented us with a significant task, requiring completion within a tight timeframe of just 10 shutdown days. During this period, our team successfully removed four flare tips, a manifold, and the entire flare tip access platform. We then proceeded to install brand-new components, all while ensuring the efficient assembly and disassembly of the lifting system, which was crucial to the project.
