Conbit Promotes Teamwork at Family Day

Conbit held a family day at its headquarters to support team building and employee engagement.

Conbit transformed its premises into a battleground. The combatants dodged around obstacles and sought cover while firing foam dart blasters.

Aside from Conbit employees, family and friends were also invited, working together in the hope of emerging victorious.

The day provided employees with the chance to plan using communication and strategy, getting to know colleagues better, as well as embracing some healthy competition.

Bart Steerneman, Conbit’s Engineering Manager, organized the event. 

“We are delighted that the afternoon was so well-attended and that it has proved a great success. We have had fantastic feedback so hope to organize similar events in the future.”
