INSPECTION SCOPE:

Structural Integrity:

1. Visual examination of structural components to identify any signs of wear, corrosion, or damage.

2. Verification of structural integrity through non-destructive testing methods in accordance with ILO 152.

Mechanical Components:

1. Thorough inspection of all mechanical parts, including cables, pulleys, hooks, and lifting mechanisms.

2. Lubrication and assessment of wear on moving components, adhering to ILO 152 guidelines.

Electrical Systems:

1. Rigorous testing and verification of electrical systems, including controls and sensors.

2. Calibration of instrumentation and control devices as per ILO 152 requirements.

Safety Features:

1. Evaluation of safety features, such as emergency stop systems and overload protection, in line with ILO 152 standards.

2. Functional testing of safety interlocks and alarms as mandated by the ILO convention.

FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:

Following the meticulous inspection conducted according to ILO 152 norms, the Melcal XT50E2 Crane has been found to be in full compliance with international safety standards.

No critical issues were identified. Conbit Services recommends implementing routine preventive maintenance to ensure sustained compliance with ILO 152 and to extend the equipment's operational life.
