Having developed a reputation in the industry for providing the complete integrity programme of guy wire structures, Conbit was contracted to undertake the necessary inspection and maintenance of the guy wires six per flare, and ensure that all five greenfield flares were vertical for NHS, with Saudi Aramco as the end client.


Conbit prepared extensive plans and engineering designs for tensioning the guy wires, equipment set up and equipment installation and removal procedure.

Starting with the calculation reports and method statement, the project was prepared well in advance. The team prepared drawing checks, as well as engineered new calculations to supply the full solution.
